Luca started his career as a Jazz musician, but quickly realised he would need an extra source of income. While working as a licensed real estate broker in NY, he quickly became an investor as well.
With an expert knowledge of the NY real estate market, his attention quickly fell on the Bronx, more specifically Parkchester, due to its higher yields, government guarantees, and lower entry threshold for purchases.
The addition of the high speed train station in the near future has only convinced him even more of the sense of this opportunity.
Convinced of the progress of this area, he has not stopped since his first purchase, and keeps adding condos to his tally, while managing the condos of his Swiss, Belgian, Italian, and Argentinian clients.
Mathieu started his flying career in 2004, and has flown the Citation Bravo, the Boeing 757, the Boeing 777 and the Boeing 787 for a few major airlines.
Along the way he became determined to expand his real estate portfolio to build up replacement income. He was introduced to Luca by a colleague. After having built up a small portfolio in Belgium, Spain, the UAE and Bali Indonesia, he decided to fly to New York to meet Luca.
Not much later, Mathieu closed on his first apartment. Delighted of the experience and results, a second followed 6 months after the first. Quickly after that, they decided to partner up to bring this opportunity to more friends and colleagues.
Together, they love setting up new clients, helping experienced and inexperienced real estate investors, following up all financial and tenant related matters, to achieve maximum income replacement for their clients and for themselves. More so, they love to learn from every new transaction, problem, and situation.
